Policy: Aire Medspa will host a quarterly drawing for a new or 2nd market luxury handbag.wallet or jewelry. Items for the drawing will be on display at Aire MedSpa Sarasota in a locked display case. All items will be verified as authentic. Prize will not exceed $5000 (includes tax) Practice may discontinue or alter the Promotional at any time for any reason.

Eligible participants: All members will be entered into the quarterly drawing. Patients who spend $500 or more, in a single visit for treatments, products or combo of both will receive a second entry for the drawing. Employees and contractors of the organization may not participate.

• All participants must agree in writing to winner photographs and videos for marketing and social media. Each winner will be highlighted in our email campaigns as our “spotlight patient” with name age and services or products they use to “look and feel like a millionAire at Aire MedSpa”.

Purchases: Purchases can be made through the app or at either location to qualify for second entry. Patients may purchase Gift certificates for $500 or more and qualify for 2nd entry.

Drawing: All entries (and qualified extra entries) will be added to a random drawing generator. The drawing will be filmed for compliance and winner confirmation.

Winners:

• Winner will be notified by email and phone.
• Winner must be available to pick up handbag at our Sarasota location within 10 business days after drawing.
• Failure to pick up item by date identified will cause the winner to forfeit the prize. Another drawing will immediately take place for the forfeited prize. If you forfeit the prize you will be eligible for the next Quarterly Promotional Drawing.
• Prize is not eligible for cash, exchange or transfer.
• Winner cannot refuse the item and wait for next drawing.
• NO deliveries.
• Winner must agree in writing to photography/videos used for marketing and social media, each winner will be highlighted in our email campaigns as our “spotlight patient” with name, age and services or products they use to “look and feel like a millionAire at Aire MedSpa”. If the winner does not agree to these terms, the item will be forfeited and a second drawing will take place with a new winner identified. 
• If you have won a prize previously, you will be eligible for entry into the next drawing.

Months of the Event 2025 and 2026: October – December; January – March; April – June; July – September Drawing and Winner Announcement will be on the last day of the last month in the quarter.
