BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Please call us at 941-302-8563 to book all appointments. A credit card may be required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Care Credit, Cash, and Personal Checks.
TIPPING
Tips may be paid in cash or charged to your credit card. 10-15% is customary; however, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion.
PUNCTUALITY
We respectfully request that you arrive on time or 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please come earlier if you did not have a chance to fill out health information in the online portal prior to appointment. When booking services, your appointment is scheduled and allocated exclusively for your treatment. If you are late for your appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
– You may opt to shorten your treatment, is scheduling allows or
– You may prefer to reschedule your appointment; however, a $100 cancellation charge may be incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand you may have to cancel an appointment with us. Please note, we will send you an appointment confirmation via email or text 24 hours before it is scheduled. If you are unable to attend, please cancel within a minimum of 24 hours of the appointment. If you are unable to cancel within the given time period, you may be charged $100 for missing your appointment.
REFUNDS
We do not provide refunds for skin care products and services provided or purchased in a series.
